RBG is an inspiration to all who believe in equality and equal justice. She believed it was everyone’s right to be equal to everyone else and fought to ensure it. We should all strive to be more like Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

While at Green Mountain Rug Hooking School in June, two ladies approached me about my “RBG” rug. I showed them pictures of it and after the discussion, they asked if I would consider showing her at the National Women’s Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls, NY. I was flattered and excited at the same time. Especially knowing that Michelle Obama will be inducted this year (and therefore, hopefully, will see my rug!). So, after much finagling on how to get “RBG” from North Hero to Montpelier to Seneca Falls, “RBG” arrived in Montpelier (with the help of my husband and Irene Falby) and from there to be taken to Seneca Falls.  The ladies that I entrusted Ruth to were Kathy Peters and Barbara Iglewski (she is a member of the National Women’s Hall of Fame!). I knew Ruth was in good hands!
